Marina Off-Season and
Self Serve Moorage Fee
We look forward to seeing you on your confirmed reservation date. Please submit your overnight or day rate fee for moorage for the off season. The fuel and marina operate as a self-serve system during the late fall and winter months.
Prices are PER NIGHT and include water, electrical hookups, and use of the bathroom and laundry facilities. Please do not wander outside of the marina property, as the island is privately owned. We are sorry the store is closed during the off-season, but our managers are on site and hope to see you in person and say hi during your stay. Thank you!

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the first night of the reservation in order to be refunded. But even if plans change last minute, please let us know.
